Hey guys, welcome to my Substack! If this is your first time here, thanks for checking it out, and if you’re coming back—welcome back!

I’m super excited to announce that I’ve partnered with North Spore, and they’ve hooked me up with some amazing organic mushroom grow kits. These things are super easy—basically, you just spray them once or twice a day to keep them moist and humid, and they do the rest. No special light or crazy setup needed.

I’m going to be documenting my entire grow journey with these kits, starting with Lion’s Mane mushrooms, one of my absolute favorites. If you’re interested in trying it out, I’ve got a discount link for you to grab your own kit.

They also sent me Blue Oyster mushrooms, which I’ve grown before and loved. And I’m really excited to try Golden Oysters because I haven’t had those yet. Plus, I’ve got Pink Oysters, which have this incredible, slightly seafood-like flavor—kind of like lobster, but in a really good, subtle way.

I’m going to grow them all, but I’m starting with Lion’s Mane because it’s such a great mushroom with a ton of health benefits. Plus, with food prices being what they are, these kits are such a steal—you can get two or three grows out of each box, and it’s enough for multiple meals. So for around $30, you’re getting organic, homegrown food right from your countertop or closet.

North Spore also sent me something I’m super curious about—mushroom-infused chocolates! They’re bean-to-bar, and there are two versions: one with just Lion’s Mane and another with a mix of Lion’s Mane, chaga, reishi, cordyceps, and turkey tail. I’ve never tried mushroom chocolates before, so I’m pumped to see how they taste.

If you want to grow along with me or try these chocolates, hit the link below to get your own kit, and don’t forget to subscribe to my Substack. There’s both a free version and a paid one—the paid subscribers get access to all my content and some extra bonuses as I roll them out.

Thanks for sticking around! I’ll catch you in the next post.

Peace!
